Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an Adsembly account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Adsembly generates ad copy and creative assets to help you produce Meta-style direct-response ads. Output is provided as-is — you are responsible for reviewing every ad before publishing it and for complying with the policies of any platform you run ads on.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials secure and accurate. You are responsible for everything that happens inside your workspace. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
- No illegal, deceptive, or misleading content.
- No content that infringes another party's intellectual property.
- No attempts to break, probe, or overload the service.
5. Billing and trials
Paid plans are billed in advance. Free trials end automatically; upgrade to keep generating. Image credits are consumed when an image is generated and are non-refundable once spent.
6. Your content and our improvements
You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the ads you generate. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service. If you opt in to share data for development, you also let us use de-identified inputs and outputs to improve our models, prompts, and quality systems. You can change this preference any time from your settings.
7. Support and admin access
With your account, Adsembly staff may access your workspace to investigate issues you've reported or to keep the service running. All administrative access is logged.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee ad performance, approvals, or compliance with any third-party platform's policies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adsembly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we make material changes we'll ask you to re-accept the new version before continuing to use the service.
