What we collect
- Account info: name, email, workspace settings.
- Content you submit: offer details, transcripts, brand assets, generated ads.
- Usage data: feature events, errors, and performance metrics.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
- To run the service: generate ads, store your work, sync performance.
- To support you: troubleshoot issues, respond to requests, prevent abuse.
- To improve the product: aggregated analytics and, when you opt in, model improvement.
Data-sharing for development
At sign-up we ask whether you want to share your inputs and generated outputs for development purposes. If you opt in, we may use de-identified copies of that content to improve our prompts, models, and quality checks. Opting out is fine — the service works the same either way. You can change your choice any time from your settings.
Admin access
Adsembly staff may access your workspace to investigate issues or maintain the service. Every admin session is logged with who acted, when, and what they did.
Who we share with
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, storage, email).
- AI model providers used to generate ads and images.
- Stripe for billing.
- Legal requests when required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your customers, campaigns, and ads at any time. To delete your account, contact support@adsemblyai.com.
Your choices
- Update your profile or workspace from settings.
- Change your data-sharing preference any time.
- Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us.
